Returns and refunds<\/h2>

At PetitMaxou.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.<\/span><\/p>

FAULTY PRODUCT<\/h5>

If the delivered product turns out to be defective,<\/p>

  1. Contact our customer service by email at\u00a0clients@PetitMaxou.com <\/span>by indicating your\u00a0order number<\/span>,
    to let us know the condition of your product (add photos).<\/li>
  2. Your request will be\u00a0analysed<\/span>\u00a0by our\u00a0Quality department<\/span>.<\/li>
  3. If the product is indeed faulty, we will let you know\u00a0a returns number<\/span>\u00a0and the\u2019return address<\/span>\u00a0at one of our depots in Europe..<\/li>
  4. Paste a\u00a0returns label<\/span>\u00a0on the\u00a0parcel<\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0enter the return number<\/span>.
