If the delivered product turns out to be defective,<\/p>\n

  1. Contact our customer service by email at clients@PetitMaxou.com, stating your order number,
    to let us know the condition of your product (add photos).<\/li>\n
  2. Your request will be reviewed by our quality department.<\/li>\n
  3. If the product is indeed defective, we will give you a return number and the return address at one of our depots in Europe.<\/li>\n
  4. Stick a return label on the parcel and write the return number on it.

  5. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund the price of the product, to which the return costs will be added.

        4. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund the price of the product, less \u20ac8.20 restocking fees.
