These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the legal and commercial terms applicable to the sale of children’s products (hereinafter the “Products”) offered by the Seller on the Website.
1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
The Customer hereby declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to placing their order and accept them without reservation. By checking the box “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale” when placing the order, the Customer confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Order
2.1. Placing an Order
The Customer may place an order on the Website by selecting the Products they wish to purchase, adding those Products to their shopping cart, and following the steps in the checkout process.
The Customer must provide the information necessary for the delivery of their order, including their name, shipping address, and email address.
2.2. Order Confirmation
The order will not be confirmed until full payment of the order total and shipping costs has been received.
The Seller will send the Customer an order confirmation email containing the order details and a link to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Price
The prices of the Products listed on the Site are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Products and will be billed to the Customer separately at the time of order.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the prices applicable to the Customer’s order will be those listed on the Website on the date the order is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment for the order can be made by credit card or any other method offered by the Stripe platform
Payment is secured by a certified online payment system.
The Seller will not be considered to have received payment until full payment of the order price and shipping costs has been received.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer at the time of order, depending on the destination.

Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks from the date the order is confirmed.
The Seller agrees to deliver the Products within a reasonable timeframe, which is set at a maximum of 30 days. If the delivery deadline is exceeded, the Customer may cancel the order and will be refunded the order price and shipping costs as soon as possible.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw by registered letter with return receipt sent to the Seller’s registered office or by email to the following address:petitmaxou
The Customer must then return the Product to the Seller within 14 days of notifying the Seller of their decision to cancel the purchase. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event of a valid cancellation, the Seller will refund the Customer the price of the Product, minus shipping costs, as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned Product.
7. Statutory Warranty
The Seller is bound by the statutory warranty of conformity for the Products and the warranty against hidden defects.
The statutory warranty of conformity entitles the Customer to have the Product replaced or repaired at no cost for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the Product.
