Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the «GTCS») are entered into between:

Subject
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the legal and commercial conditions applicable to the sale of children's products (hereinafter the «Products») offered by the Seller on the Site.
1. Acceptance of T&Cs
The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing their order and accepts them without reservation. By ticking the box «I have read and accept the terms and conditions of sale» when placing the order, the Customer confirms their full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Order
2.1. Placing the order
The Customer may place their order on the Website by selecting the Products they wish to purchase, adding these Products to their basket and following the steps of the ordering process.
The Customer must provide the information necessary for the delivery of their order, including their name, delivery address and email address.
2.2. Order validation
The order will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the order and delivery charges.
The Seller shall send the Customer an order confirmation email containing the details of the order and a link to these T&Cs.
3. Price
The prices of the Products shown on the Site are stated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the Products and will be invoiced additionally to the Customer when placing the order.
The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the prices applicable to the Customer's order will be those indicated on the Site on the day the order is validated.
4. Payment
Order payment can be made by bank card, or any means offered by the STRIPE platform
Payment is secured by an approved online payment system.
Payment to the Seller shall only be deemed received upon receipt of the full price of the order and the delivery charges.
5. Delivery
The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, depending on the destination.

Delivery is usually within 1 to 2 weeks from order confirmation.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products within a reasonable period, set at a maximum of 30 days. If the delivery time is exceeded, the Customer may cancel their order and will be reimbursed for the price of the order and the delivery costs as soon as possible.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the Seller’s registered office or by email to the following address: clients@petitmaxou.com
The Customer must then return the Product to the Seller within 14 days of notifying their decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the Customer.
In the event of a compliant cancellation, the Seller shall reimburse the Client for the price of the Product minus the delivery costs as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days following receipt of the returned Product.
7. Statutory warranty
The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for the Products and the guarantee against hidden defects.
The legal guarantee of conformity allows the Customer to obtain the replacement or repair of the Product free of charge for a period of two years from delivery of the Product.
