At PetitMaxou.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If the delivered product turns out to be defective,

1. Contact our customer service by email at clients@PetitMaxou.com, stating your order number,
   to let us know the condition of your product (add photos).
2. Your request will be reviewed by our quality department.
3. If the product is indeed defective, we will give you a return number and the return address at one of our depots in Europe.
4. Stick a return label on the parcel and write the return number on it.
   Email the invoice for your shipment. .
5. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund the price of the product, to which the return costs will be added.
   Your refund will be made within 14 days.

    

Cancellation period.

your order without giving a reason within 14 days following the
receipt of your parcel.

1. Exceptions

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

• Personalised products
• Food products
• Cosmetics
• Downloadable products

2. Returns conditions

To be returned, the product must be:

• Intact and in its original packaging
• Complete (with all accessories and instructions)
• Not to have been used or worn.

3. Returns procedure

To return a product, you must follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service by email at clients@PetitMaxou.com, quoting
   quoting your order number, to inform us of your intention to
   return the product.
2. We will provide you with a return number and the return address for one of our European warehouses.
3. RETURN SHIPPING IS AT YOUR EXPENSE. Stick a return label on the parcel and write the return number on it.
4. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund the price of the product, less €8.20 restocking fees.
   Your refund will be made within 14 days.

The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order.
