Timescales are provided for guidance only from the date of despatch. Delays may occur during peak periods (festive season, sales, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).

📦 Preparing your order

All our orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.

As soon as it is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with:

  • ✉️ A shipping confirmation email
  • Your tracking number unique
  • 🔗 The direct link to track your parcel in real-time

🛃 Customs and duties — orders outside the European Union

For shipped orders outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc.), local regulations may lead to:

  • Customs duties
  • A local VAT (for example, 8.1 % in Switzerland, 20 % in the United Kingdom)
  • Customs charges applied by the carrier

⚠️ These charges are at the recipient pays and paid directly to the delivery driver or the customs office upon receipt. They are not included in the price shown on PetitMaxou and vary depending on the country and the order value.

💡 Our advice before ordering, check with your country's customs office to find out the applicable thresholds and rates. This will prevent any surprises upon delivery.
