Personalised portraits created from a photo
To create a personalised portrait, you can send us a photo of a child. This photo is personal data. By sending it, you confirm that you are an adult with parental authority over this child, and you agree to its processing by artificial intelligence.
The photo is used only to create your preview and your portrait. It is not used for our advertising, and it is neither sold nor passed on to third parties other than those named here.
The image is created with Google Gemini API, a Google service that processes this data on our behalf. The photo may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Google does not use this data to train its models and may temporarily keep a copy to detect abuse.
We do not keep the photo you send. The created image is kept for 14 days, then deleted automatically. If you place an order, we keep it for 2 years to make your order and handle any complaint, and it is passed on to our printer if you choose a print.
This service is for adults only. To withdraw your consent or request the deletion of an image, write to us at admin@PetitMaxou.com.
