What type of photo should I send?
A front or three-quarter view photo, with the face clearly visible and well lit. Avoid blurry photos, profile shots, or wearing sunglasses. The clearer the photo, the better the result.
Can I see the proof before printing?
Yes — that is our commitment. Once your order is received, we will send you a prototype for validation before starting production. You give your approval, then we print.
What is the delivery time?
Allow 1 to 2 weeks in total (design + production + shipping). For the digital file, delivery is almost immediate after approval of the prototype.
Is the poster available for children?
