FAULTY PRODUCT

If the delivered product turns out to be defective,

  1. Contact our customer service by email at clients@PetitMaxou.com by indicating your order number,
    to let us know the condition of your product (add photos).
  2. Your request will be analysed by our Quality department.
  3. If the product is indeed faulty, we will let you know a returns number and the’return address at one of our depots in Europe..
  4. Paste a returns label on the parcel and enter the return number.
    Email the invoice for your shipment. .
  5. Once we have received your parcel, we will issue a refund the price of the product to which return fees will be added.
    Your refund will be made within 14 days.

     

Cancellation period.

You have the right to withdraw from
your order without giving a reason within 14 days following the
receipt of your parcel.
